CRER commissioned Research Scotland to undertake this project exploring experiences, perceptions and reflections on volunteering gathered from minority ethnic people, and staff responsible for recruiting and supporting minority ethnic volunteers. The findings will help to inform the implementation of the Scottish Government's Race Equality Framework 2016-2030.
